Clint Surplus Unveils New Website

Clint Surplus is based in Terrebonne, Oregon at the foot of Smith Rocks.  Clint operates TRUHORSEMANSHIP Ranch with the help of his wife, Shawnele, and their children.  It is the hub of his clinic, lesson and training programs.

Clint has been riding for over 30 years and started his first colt over 20 years ago, with the help of his dad.  Clint draws on knowledge gained from a variety of experiences with horses, opportunities he has had to learn from many experienced horsemen and his 5 years of college with classes in agriculture and a degree in education.  His background in education is an important asset in helping instruct his students.  His approach is to help stimulate thought from his students, present the methods he has found to be most effective, and provide a relaxed learning environment.
